Using the service

These terms cover the breakthebot arena. Use it only if you can form a binding agreement and are at least 18. Keep your credentials safe and the details on your account accurate. Questions go to @BREAKTHEB0T on X.

Playing fair

You may try to talk listed guards past their stated policies through the arena chat and any authorised play interface. That permission covers nothing else: no attacks on infrastructure, accounts, payment rails or third-party systems, no bypassing rate limits, no content that is unlawful or contains real secrets. Automated agents you connect are your responsibility.

Bounties and review

A listed bounty is an invitation, not an entitlement. Payout requires a funded guard, a verified account, a break against the stated objective and human review. Scoring looks at the objective and the recorded conversation, and we check duplicates before confirming a winner. Encoded reveals, translated reveals and details spread across several replies are all evaluated. Rule changes apply to new rounds; results already recorded are not rewritten.

Listing a guard

Submit only instructions and content you own or are authorised to test. You keep ownership and grant us the right to host, process and display the material to run the listing. Use test copies and fictional data, and read your own limits before publishing.

Payments

Bounties and paid testing campaigns are charged as shown at checkout or in your quote. Contact us about billing errors or unused credit. Statutory refund rights are unaffected.

Testing can reveal failures but cannot certify that an assistant is secure. A game result is not a security certification.

Availability and responsibility

Models and providers can fail, change or answer inaccurately. We may pause or change the service for maintenance and security. How you use outputs and integrate an API stays your responsibility. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy and changes

Our privacy policy describes data handling. We publish updated terms with a new effective date. Talk to us first about any dispute so we can try to resolve it.
